Personalised Yoga Practice
Have you ever been in a Yoga class where you just asked yourself... "what the hell are they doing?" or "why would I put myself in this strange posture"?
Private Yoga classes give you the opportunity to understand what is happening and why.
We will practice together according to where you are at today, knowing there is no "level" in yoga nor any competition. It is a path of self-discovery, self-knowledge and self-love, and I truly encourage the full respect of your own boundaries and capacities.
You will gently learn how to build your own daily practice.
I teach asanas (postures) with their variations, ways to flow between them, different variations of Surya Namascar and Chandra Namascar, Conscious Breathing (yogic breath), Pranayamas, Yogic techniques to purify the body, as well as Yin yoga, and Meditation.
Wether you want to improve the quality of your health, your posture, your flexibility, your focus, your presence, your sensitivity, your joy, be aware of your breath, raise your vibration and consciousness, reduce your stress, increase your libido, regulate your menstrual cycle, help your sleep, open your mind,
or simply using it as the spiritual path that it truly is, finding out who your really are underneath all the layers of your conditionings...
This beautiful practice called Yoga, which means "Union", works for everybody in the most powerful way ever.
A divine connection grows within the heart and with the external world.
Starting this practice on a mat, is the door of your inner world, the door of an amazing journey of Life, the key of all understandings and mysteries. It will take you in places you had never imagined before. Yoga has this magical effect of Liberation.
