Feminine Embodiment
This century is a very curious century for women.

Women are emancipating and are gently discovering a freedom, they never had before.
​
Although it seems that, in the west, women are "free", it appears to me like a freedom in disguise.
​
Yet we are surrounded of naked women in magazines and TV, powerful women occupying high positions at work, careerists, etc... it seems we have never been so disconnected of our own bodies.
​
Appearance took all the space, and the joy of being is disappearing.
​
There is also a massive confusion where women start to compete with men and therefore loose their own femininity in the process which can also be castrating for a man.
​
The thing is, we have NEVER received in the west, the right education about "how to live in harmony in a Woman's body"?
As the western societies have stigmatised the human body for decades now, it made it almost impossible.
​
The actual world has been built for men by men. A patriarchy. So who could have taught us how to LOVE BEING A WOMAN?
​
Who could have taught us all the magic and treasures, we, women, have within our own bodies?
​

For me, feminism is not at all about protesting against men. Men are beautiful beings.
​
For me, feminism, is about
Self-knowledge. The right and the full freedom to be a Woman with the totality of our dimensions and owning it.
​
Taking back our power requires to know our bodies, in giving us the right tools to explore our inner world and to be in touch with our sexuality and pleasure.
As to be able to build a life where the female body is fully respected as it is, Cyclical, changing with the Moon and flowing with its inner seasons, giving us the chance to feel aligned, sensitive, intuitive, fulfilled, blossoming and liberated.

For the truth is Woman is Nature, the perfect manifestation of the Divine.
​
- Our bodies function like Nature. We have cycles, 4 inner seasons, times with full energy, creativity and feconditiy, times for meditation, times to turn inward, times to rest and be tuned to our intuition and visions.
- We are able to feel so much pleasure from the tip of our toes to our head, through our skin and all the intimate parts of ourselves, discovering implosive orgasms, allowing to experience expansive and higher states of consciousness in the whole body, giving the beautiful taste of ecstasy, bliss and Eternity.
- We are capable to heal, to improve the quality of our lives, and to create our reality, just by knowing how to use the most hidden and stigmatised parts of our bodies.

- Our sexual-vital energy can be used for so many different purposes other than procreation.
​

We are all ruled now, men and women, by the masculine energy that is always in competition and in action, fighting for survival and power, whereas the feminine energy, is now, more than ever, required in the world.
For sensuality, presence, healing, depth, peace, wisdom, love, feelings, pleasure, connection to our true Nature, liberation, and joy.

Women, we have magical powers in us, it is time to discover them.
I am willing to share all I have learned and experienced in Asia until now with you.

The teachings are coming from Tantra, Taoism, Ayurveda and some practices can be called shamanic, but ultimately, we can put aside the labels, and just come to the common sense that the Wisdom comes from our own bodies.
