Meditation is something that is available to all of us all the time, but we are not aware of it.
This is why, there are many different ways and techniques that can help us to train our minds to be able to be in touch with this skill in our everyday lives.
It is, by far, the biggest freedom anyone can experience. It is not a doing, it is a non-doing, a witnessing, an observation. It is not mental.
It is learning to go beyond the story we live, beyond the identification to our thoughts and to the external happenings, beyond the illusion, and therefore beyond the act of life itself. Beyond the scene.
It is going back to our real nature that is the awareness and not the persona.
This capacity is very efficient on the mind and the nervous system, because it is a reminder that in Reality, "all is well", even in the middle of chaos. It is a "going through" without the personal identification.
It is a powerful practice that we can incorporate to each moments of our lives, not as an escape, but as a true way to live everything deeply and for real, instead of being always caught by external distractions, and by the illusion of past and future in our minds and thoughts.
A way for a profound connection with the only reality that exists, the present moment.
By connecting to our senses and our breath, we can silent the mind and come to a full aliveness.
It is the key for a clear, focused, calm and creative mind.
It is a great amplifier of presence. And presence is everything. Whatever we do, if we are not present, we are no where. No need to win in a lottery, be successful or powerful. If there is an inability to enjoy what is, right here, right now, with full attention and focus, then its like missing the whole point of Life.
The more present we become, the more we are able to do conscious decisions, the more we can touch true intelligence and think for ourselves, instead of repeating and enduring external beliefs and programmings, coming from school, education, parents, friends, colleagues, tv, radio, religions, society rules and conventions, that actually don't belong to us.
This deconditioning leaves us with our deepest truth and allows us to transform gently so to be able to live a liberate authentic life where we can create and reinvent ourselves infinitely, according to our own heart.
Meditation is who we really are. The freedom of being. The witness and total experience of Life.
